Welcome to FlashBB!
FlashBB is a Flash 7 skin for phpBB and vBulletin. You must own either phpBB 2.x or vBulletin 3.0.x or vBulletin 3.5.x to use FlashBB. In other words, FlashBB uses the MySQL tables of your existing bulletin board, and only provides a Flash interface for your existing board. It is not an independent bulletin board system.
