1) Using your Lunabyte administrator login, go to the LSP Admin Center (by logging in, then clicking the Admin icon). Under the "Website management" panel, there is a "Block Management" link. Click this link.
2) In the Block Management section, input the following values in the Add a Block form:

You can tweak the height attribute of the <iframe> tag to adjust the height of your userlist block.
Leave the other fields as they are, and click on Add a block.
3) Now, you should see a block like this on your Lunabyte site:
