1) Login to the CPG-Nuke administration area, and then choose the "Blocks" option, as shown below.
2) Click on the "New Block" link and enter the following information:
Then, click on Commit Changes
3) On the Modify Block screen, enter the following information in the Content Field:

You can tweak the height parameter of the <iframe> tag to adjust the height of the userlist.
4) Now, on the POST-Nuke homepage, a new block will appear with the current users in you FlashChat rooms:
