In case you have any problem with GPix - installation, maintenance or anything else, please do the following:

1) Have a look at the documentation and the forum - there are a lot of already solved problems in the sections Pixel Talk and Announcements and Bugs

2) Check if your FTP client has uploaded all the files correctly.

3) If your problem is still remaining, please inform us via forum:

• what exactly has happened
• what did you do before the problem appeared
• if you have received error message, please copy and paste it to us
• what do you expect to happen if there was no problem.
