| Help! I didn't receive my software!First off, thank you for purchasing from TUFaT.com. The system is set up in a way that you should receive an automatic e-mail from the system after purchase, containing all of the necessary download information for your new software. There are a few reasons that you might not have received this email, including:
What can you do?When you make a purchase from PayPal, 2CheckOut.com, Authorize.Net, E-Gold, or any other payment gateway, you should get a confirmation e-mail. Let's use PayPal as an example. In your PayPal confirmation e-mail, you should see something like this:
In the "Payment Details" section of your email, there is a value called the "Item/Product Number", as shown below. This number is your "Payment ID", which you can use at the Download Page to download your new software. If you used the "2CheckOut.com" purchase method to pay for your software, then you should also receive an email, but it will have a slightly different format. In your email, there should be a "TUFaT.com Order ID" or possibly a "Vendor Product ID", as shown below. This value is your "Payment ID", which you can use at the Download Page to download your new software.
If you don't have e-mail access...The above two methods assume that you actually did receive an email from either PayPal or 2CheckOut.com. But what if you didn't receive this email, or if you don't have access to your PayPal account anymore? In fact, you don't even need to have access to your email to download your software! The second option on the download page permits you, the customer, to download your software even if you do not have access to your email account. All you need to provide is your email address, and the date of your purchase, and you can download your software!
Please note that it usually takes a few minutes for the system to record your purchase. Thus, if you use this method and it doesn't work, try waiting 5 minutes. If it still doesn't work, check very carefully that you have the correct email. In your PayPal account, for example, it's possible to have a primary email, and a business email, and a contact email, etc. Be sure to use the correct address! Alternately, you could request to have the download information re-sent to you by using the bottom-most option on the download page. It looks something like this:
Still can't download? Now what?Ok, so the above methods didn't work. There are a few more things you can try. For starters you could send Darren an e-mail, but please keep one thing in mind: if the above methods didn't work for you, then is likely some problem with your email server, or perhaps with receiving emails from Darren or TUFaT.com. Please be sure to "whitelist" g8z@yahoo.com, and add me to your address book, so that you can be sure of receiving emails from me. It's also a good idea to send Darren a Private Message on the community forum. (username = g8z) It's also possible that the purchase was not successful, or that you sent an e-check instead of a direct payment.
